Covid-19 Response


Our doctors and staff are committed to high quality patient care. You can feel confident with a visit to our office knowing we have taken steps to keep both yours and our medical team safety in mind. Our staff is required to do temperature checks upon reporting to work, report any COVID-19 related symptoms, sanitize hands and put on approved PPE. We require patients and anyone accompanying a patient to bring their own mask and wear it throughout the duration of the visit. 

Only patients are allowed inside the office unless the patient is a minor or otherwise in need of assistance; in these situations, one person may accompany the patient. When you arrive at our office, you will be asked to use hand sanitizer, submit to a temperature check and conduct the health assessment questionnaire prior to your appointment. We encourage all patients to print and complete all patient forms (history, information, and HIPAA) prior to your appointment. These forms are available under the patient resources heading on our website, While in our office, please maintain the recommended social distancing of staying 6 feet apart.
